How Can spinal Stenosis And Arthritis Be Treated?

i have been diagnoised with spinal stenosis, and heavy artritis, i van not tolerate the drugs that my Rhuem and primary care Dr, presc. I am going to a chiropractor. I have such sever pain for days that i can hardly stand then all of a sudden the pain lessens a great deal onit own, however the regular pain is still there. I feel like the pain is some sort of internal problem like more than just the spinal or arthritis this is an ongoing event. I need help what can i take to help? thanks

Chiropractor will not be useful for this condition, sometimes they might worsen your symptoms. Consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated, you might require steroid injection to ten spine for symptomatic relief.
